When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, and when signing up for a user account, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our website, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. We are using Matomo, WordPress.com Stats, and Google Analytics to understand how visitors are using our website and in order to provide a better user experience. Data used for these tools are: IP address, WordPress.com user information (if logged in), user agent, visiting URL, referring URL, search engine terms, outbound link clicks, timestamp of event, browser language, and country code which we evaluate in an aggregated and anonymised manner.
Email marketing / newsletter: With your permission, we may send you emails about our website, new maps and other updates. You do so by actively signing up to our newsletter and confirming the subscription by email. We also keep contact form submissions for a up to 12 months for customer service purposes, but do not use the information submitted through them for marketing purposes.
For users that register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
