Yue Chinese, more commonly known as Cantonese, is most commonly spoken in the province of Guangdong, and the Special Administrative Regions of Hong Kong and Macau. As well as many speakers in other parts of Asia, there has been emigration from this part of China to Canada, the United Kingdom, the United States and Australia, so there are large Cantonese-speaking populations in these countries.
