The biggest cigar importing country is the United States of America, followed by Belgium, Germany and Malaysia and the Netherlands. While the USA are a ‘consuming’ country, Belgium and Germany are functioning as a hub, as they are also among the top five exporting countries. Germany exports about half of what it imports and Germany more than 90%.
