The more the division of labor and the application of machinery extend, the more does competition extend among the workers, the more do their wages shrink together.
The biggest number of people working in the industrial sector live in China, followed by India, the United States, Indonesia and Brazil. Russia, Japan, Pakistan, Bangladesh and Mexico complete the top 10. The first EU country is Germany on 12th place.
The highest per cent of industrial workers of the total employment is in Qatar, more than 50%, followed by Algeria, Turkmenistan, Tunisia and Lesotho, all above 40%.
