In many cities there are people who still don’t understand the importance of staying at home. We need strict rules, all medics agree with the rules as one of the only weapons we have to fight this is to isolate. It is a sacrifice by all, for all, to try and overcome this situation.

Since 31 December 2019, when the WHO was informed about the first cases in Wuhan, China, more than 82 million people are confirmed to have contracted COVID-19 (Coronavirus) from the SARS-CoV-2 virus and more than 1.8 million people have died (all figures last updated 02 January 2021).
The highest number of deaths recorded now in the United States of America (332,423), followed by Brazil (191,570), India (148,439), Mexico (122,855), Italy (73,029), United Kingdom (71,567), France (63,701), Russia (56,426), Iran (54,946) and Spain (50,442).
